Our feed repair roller kits contain the appropriate pickup rollers, feed rollers, separation pads, to eliminate most common paper tray misfeeds, paper jams and multiple sheet feeds.
Many of the more common paper feed problems, paper misfeeds and jams are caused by worn paper tray pickup/ feed rollers and pads, which tend to wear out at the same rate, we supply the appropriate pads and rollers in 'kits' to replace the worn parts. Our repair technicians have found these parts are the most appropriate to eliminate the most common paper tray feed problems.
Our Paper Feed Repair Kits can provide a cost-effective alternative to a full maintenance kit, provided the fuser unit is still in good working order. The rollers and separation pads tend to wear out at the same rate, often long before the fuser. If the fuser is still in good condition, the repair roller kits should be an adequate solution to most paper tray feed jams and multiple feeds
