Printer Faults/HP Error Codes

LASER PRINTER FAULTS AND HP ERROR CODES

  • Marks, lines, spots or other defects, remain on the printed page after changing the toner cartridge.
  • The printer is making an unusual noise even after changing the toner cartridge.
  • It is frequently jamming even after fanning and reloading paper & paper tray.
  • If printer displays an error code.

    PRINTER WEAR AND TEAR

Over time, your printer will suffer from symptoms of wear and tear, like any other mechanical device. This displays itself through dirty prints, error codes, paper jams, paper creasing. This is often due to worn pads and rollers in and around the paper trays, causing paper feed problems and paper jams.

It is probably a good idea to get the printer serviced at intervals before a serious problem occurs, to keep the costs of maintenance down. Mindmachine can do this for you - leave your printer headaches to us. Book your printer in with us at a convenient time and we will supply you with a free quotation for maintenance (we will clean your printer out for you) or repair if parts are required.

If you are not based locally, send your printer to us by courier for assessment/ repair and we will courier the printer back to you when the service/ repair is completed

If you prefer to service or repair the printer yourself we can supply you with the parts you require.

Many of the HP printer spares are available in our online printer spares shop.
We have feed rollers and pads, also paper feed repair kits, which are an economical way of providing the relavant feed/ pickup rollers and pads which will eliminate many of the common paper tray feed problems. We also supply the larger spare parts required for major repairs, paper trays also available on request
